Welcome to the Test Match
The Test Match is a beautiful Art Deco building situated at the end of the High Street in West Bridgford. This grade II listed building was awarded the best refurbishment in 2002 by Heritage, and is as beautiful today as it was when it was built in 1938.
As you walk through the 50's style revolving Hotel door into the 'hepburn' reception area, you step back in time and immediately feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main bar leads to the 'Stumps' live lounge where credible live acts perform.... 8 days a week!
The ‘Clarke Gable’ VIP areas can be reserved for larger groups wishing to dine in style or simply guarantee the best seats in the house for any event.
To the right of the building is the relaxing 'Bogart' room complete with board games, daily newspapers magazines and there is FREE WiFi throughout the building!
A graceful walk up the amazing and regal 'stairway is the original 'boundary' bar, still trading today as the chic 'Monroe Suite' and cocktail lounge.
In addition to this, to the side of this elegant building is the 'joe Public bar', where the young at heart have an opportunity to grab a retro experience.
